No marketing copy. Articles are for the reader's benefit, therefore must demonstrate a solution to an industry challenge.

Keep word count to around 1,000 - 1,500 words in length.

We reserve the right to edit all content to fit our guideline and style.

Send high resolution images with captions and credits. High resolution means a minimum of 3 inches wide at 300 dpi for print quality.

Other media such as video, PDFs, audio, etc. are welcomed additions to articles, and should be sent via email or loaded to www.hightail.com/u/acbm.

A brief author bio to include (name, title and company) is required. A high resolution image of the contributing author is welcomed.

Deadline: Articles and images should be submitted no later than one week prior to the ad close date noted on the Editorial Calendar in the Media Kit or as noted by the editor's set deadline.

There is no guarantee of when an article will run, or if it will be necessarily in print, as page restrictions can affect how much content is able to be run in a particular issue. Online exclusive articles must still adhere to the guidelines above.

We do not insert hyperlinks back to a company's product or services, but we will link to a corporate website in the author bio.

Any statistics, facts and/or research must be supported with adequate sourcing.

You are encouraged to share the link on your website and through your social media channels. Our logo is available for request to post an excerpt on your website or in your newsletters. Posting the article on your website or newsletter without linking back to the article on our site is strictly prohibited and will be subject to copyright infringement.
